What is tokyo sandblaster means

"Tokyo sandblaster",wow, this is term that i think i had heard before.I thinks i know that terms.Tokyo Sandblaster terms which Conan O’Brien mentions it on his show last day saying “John really got turned off by the taste of the poo that trickled in his mouth from Jane giving him a Tokyo Sandblaster.

I don't thinks that term "Tokyo sandblaster" is a scatological activity which related to sexual activity.Tokyo Sandblaster according to what i have heards before i a kind of medication to treat some disease by using the sand.This is a quite popular  technique uses among Asians.

However, i did't mention that the relationship of the Tokyo additional words is some kind of a sexual activity as mention by some people on the blog,twitter and others online site.That's is my opinion.
